Music: Teenage Bottlerocket - Warning Device

Its been a long time since I did a music review on here, so I decided I'd start today with a good new one I recently downloaded.

Teenage Bottlerocket "are a pop punk band from Laramie, Wyoming" (courtesy wikipedia). The latest offering is titled "Warning Device" and was released in 2008. It is a solid album. Every song is good on it. However, they do have a tendency to all sound the same like pretty much all pop-punk albums. The part that really is great about it though is the similarities to other great bands. When I first listened to it, I immediately thought, "wait, this isn't the Ramones?" So if you like that style, you'll love this album. Apparently all the kiddies on www.punknews.org love this band as evidenced by the year end lists.

Anyways, a solid
8/10
