Finally!

On Friday I was very sad because my amplifier I got off ebay hadn't arrived in time for me to take it to Santa Cruz while I went there this last weekend (mostly because the guy didn't give me the tracking number so that I couldn't be there to sign for it). So I called UPS and they told me I could go pick it up on Monday (this is done because they can't get into my apartment complex without me leaving the door open, which a lame old lady usually closes. So I go to pick it up today in West Sacramento, I'm there for probably 30 minutes, and they tell me that for some reason it got put back on the truck to Davis. Now I had to go back and wait at my apartment for the guy to make a special trip out to give it back to me.

So now I finally got it, but I can't play it, because my cabinet speaker is in Santa Cruz, and I can't fit it in my car to take back to Davis. But what really irks me is that when I tipped the amp over to pick it up, I heard something rattling inside. This is scary because usually if you hear stuff like that in electronics, that means something broke off, and now you are fucked. So I open the sucker up and I find that it is simply some screw which for some reason I can't find where it goes. I'm really relieved that its only a screw and not an actually electronic part, since I don't want to have to look up the schematic, and most likely destroy my amp by trying to fix it.

I have yet to test the sucker, but I think it should be ok.
