Rant : People who can't spell.

You know, with this new world totally immersed in the internet, I believe I am exposed to more and more of the youth of America. God I hate that. I tend to read forums about stuff which I would like to buy so I can get a better understanding of the product. Little do I realize that all these forums and boards you see on the internet are populated with another bane of humanity, teenagers. Those little F@&C3R5! could not spell to save their life.

Now I realize that I may not be the best speller, however I am far from the worst. I know my grammar is horrendous, and that people who don't speak English natively can usually tell the correct usage of a word before I can. But DAMN! Does it really save that much time to actually type out some common words? Or maybe its just that kids today cannot spell because of too much reliance on spell checkers.

Currently these words bug the crap out of me (note: some of them could be correct in the right context):

acustic = acoustic
cords = chords
anywere = anywhere
wich = which
beautaful = beautiful
speacle = special
sum = some
practising = practicing

Of course there are many more, but these are the ones I read in a review on www.ultimate-guitar.com, where lots of kiddies have time to practice horrible grammar and spelling.
