Sunday, Cruddy Sunday

So I've started staying up late again. For a while I was getting up early, and going to bed before midnight. This was mostly due to having to get only 6 hours sleep in two days. But now I've adjusted and its easy to stay up late again. Expect more blogging because of this. Today was a full day. I got up early, got some food and went bike riding with Jessica around Davis. Then I went to school for several hours and tried to do research. Then I got frustrated with it and came home where I have since spent my time doing mindless things.

On a more musical note, I have been looking for a good excuse/deal to buy a real bass amp. I feel that it is time to expand my collection to get myself back into the music scene. The trouble with this is that I don't want to spend more than $400 for a whole setup, and I want a bass cabinet and a head amplifier. I like the flexibility that comes with separate pieces instead of getting a combo. However there isn't as much selection as when I bought my guitar amp. For my guitar amp I got a good deal, but I can't find anything equivalent for bass. Everything is too expensive or people are just trying to sell things at the brand new price. I might just have to bite the bullet and get cheaper equipment for brand new instead of good equipment used. And really, I don't intend on shaking any houses down, so I don't really need the 600W amps or anything.
