Vice Presidential Stuff

So Thursday night when I was coming home from the ATL, I was watching the vice presidential debate on the plane. I was pleasantly surprised by Biden, as I didn't really know much about his views (assuming stuff he said was all true) beforehand. To a good extent, he answered most questions without vague answers. That type of stuff is exactly what I want out of a candidate. I can see why Obama chose him. Besides his experience to make up for Obamas criticized lack of it, he does seem to take different stances on some issues. I think that is a good thing. I don't want a president surrounded by yes men.

Palin was also better than expected, but I suppose the bar was pretty damn low given her previous interviews. My only real complaints with her (besides political viewpoints), are that she tried real hard to not answer questions, and WTF was up with that damn "shout out." The damn woman is going up for one of the most important positions in the country, and she wastes our F*&%in time with a shout out? This isn't MTV, this isn't a game show, and this isn't the place to be doing shit like that.

I realize that most people are too dumb to realize that she really shouldn't be doing this, and will just be mesmerized by her strange hypnotic qualities... Now that I think about it, she is probably like Paris Hilton. A train wreck, but I can't stop watching.
