Bar Hopping on a Saturday Night

So last night, some of Jessica's friends from out of town came to town and we all went out to the bars. Usually I don't care for this sort of thing, because I'm always the designated driver in these situations. However, last night was actually pretty fun. We started off just chillin at the apartment havin a couple beers. Then we went to Cafe Bernardo for some Wiki Wacky Woo's. Quite a strong drink I might add. I like how they pour a shot into the straw so the first thing you drink is a big shot. Anyways, met some people that I think I've met before several years ago.

Speaking of people that we met, I also happened to see some engineering peeps, my old roommate, and a chick from freshman year at the bars too. After Bernardo's, we went to Soga's, where they had a band playing pop songs. Basically a Shakira cover band with some oldies thrown in. Got me thinkin how great it would be to just forget the engineering profession and be a bar band. Luckily I was still a little buzzed so that I could dance a little without feeling too dumb.

Finally we finished off the night at Little Prague. Twas quite a long night actually. Now today I really need to get some work done.

Current Mood : Sigh.
Current Music : The Rembrandts
